The Canadian Foreign Policy Institute held two online presentations about Benoit Pare’s book: What I Saw in Ukraine: Diary of an International Monitor on August 29th and August 30th in English and French, respectively. The webinars were moderated by Tamara Lorincz, PhD and endorsed by Peace Alliance Winnipeg, Canada-Wide Peace & Justice Network, the Hamilton Colalition to Stop the War and Les Artistes pour La Paix.
Benoît Paré served as a monitor with the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.
