Members of the Peace Alliance Winnipeg and Mennonite Action hold an information picket to protest the Winnipeg Jets hockey club’s annual Canadian Armed Forces Appreciation Night. While at the game, they handed out leaflets urging the Winnipeg Jets and the True North organization to cut ties with the Canadian Armed Forces, stop glorifying war and support democratic participation, climate action and peace.
