When Desertion is a Duty: in support of Iraq war resisters

This event is intended to raise awareness of and funds for the war resisters’ cause.
The program will include a screening of the film “Sir no Sir” about the role of dissenting US military service personnel in the Peace movement of the sixties and seventies.
Afterward, the audience will get a chance to hear from and direct questions to a panel.
Copies of Joshua Key’s book “A Deserter’s Tale” will be on sale at the event as well.
Refreshments and musical entertainment will be provided.
